Purchasing Tickets

Online

The easiest way to buy tickets is online. You can visit the UB Ticket Office website and browse the available events. Once you find the event you're interested in, you can click on the "Buy Tickets" button. From there, you will be taken to a secure checkout page where you can enter your payment information. Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your tickets.

Over the Phone

You can also purchase tickets over the phone by calling the UB Ticket Office at (716) 645-2494. A customer service representative will be happy to assist you with your purchase.

In Person

You can also purchase tickets in person at the UB Ticket Office, which is located at the Center for the Arts on the North Campus. The Ticket Office is open Monday through Friday from 10am to 4pm.

Getting to the Event

Once you have your tickets, you need to figure out how you're going to get to the event. If you're driving, you can park in one of the many parking lots on campus. If you're taking public transportation, you can take the Metro Rail to the University Station stop. From there, you can walk or take a bus to the event venue.

Attending the Event

When you arrive at the event, you will need to present your tickets to the usher. The usher will then direct you to your seat. Once you're in your seat, you can relax and enjoy the show.
